Group Psychotherapy
G
roup Psychotherapy offers a shared space where a small number of people come together to explore personal experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns. Within the group, members can express themselves, listen to others, and often discover unexpected similarities and shared experiences, fostering a deep sense of self-discovery and connection with others.
The group becomes a living environment where familiar ways of relating naturally emerge. Through interaction, reflection, and feedback, participants begin to recognize their patterns and gradually experiment with new, more authentic ways of connecting. The presence of others creates opportunities not only for understanding, but also for meaningful, lived experiences of connection, support, and change.
The somatic aspect is integrated into the group process in a timely and appropriate way, making group somatic psychotherapy a unique approach that brings together a variety of therapeutic tools.
Groups take place twice a month and are facilitated by two trained therapists. Before joining, a few individual sessions are required in order to take a personal history and ensure that the group setting is appropriate for each participant.
